UltraApp Cleaning Applicators
UltraApp applicators, also known as cleaning guns, excel in exceptional lightness and durability. The plastic housings feature a NozziHard coating, increasing their durability by up to five times. That makes the applicators extremely resistant to mechanical damage.
They are also equipped with LED lighting, enabling precise cleaning even in hard-to-reach areas. Simple operation and a high-quality electrical cable resistant to water and damage ensure comfortable working and long-lasting use.
NozziFlex Blast Hoses
Blow hoses should be lightweight, flexible, and robust. And that’s exactly what you can count on when
choosing hoses from the NozziFlex range.
They represent the lightest and most durable solutions of the type on the market, available in standard lengths of 3.70 m, 6.00 m, 7.50 m and 10.00 m, and equipped with double crimps to increase operator safety. Customised hoses are also available on request.
We manufacture hoses out of high-quality rubber or silicone elastomers as a standard. We also manufacture pneumatic hoses to supply equipment.
NozziFlex hoses can be fitted with three types of covers:
- Fire Cover – a fire, abrasion, oil, and most industrial chemicals resistant cover. It is ideal for extreme conditions such as steelworks or glassworks. (Maximum temperature range is -54°C to +260°C, although short periods can withstand up to +1650°C).
- Silicon Sleeve – abrasion and UV-resistant flexible cover.
- Textile Sleeve – – high-quality cover for hydraulic and pneumatic hoses. It is characterised by resistance to abrasion, chemicals and UV radiation, as well as low electrical conductivity.
NozziFlow Nozzles
NozziFlow nozzles are designed to achieve maximum cleaning efficiency in different conditions. They meet the highest requirements for cleaning both extensive surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.
NozziTec offers the following nozzles:
- Extreme Nozzles – enable cleaning at different angles and adapt to special applications.
- Precision Nozzi Nozzles – designed for thorough cleaning with micro-particles. They are ideal for cleaning hard -to-reach areas with minimal air consumption.
- High Flow – straight nozzles having an air consumption of over 3.0m3/min at 6.6 bar.
- Low Flow – nozzles featuring low air consumption of 2.6m3/min at 6.5 bar.
Repair kits and service kits
Repair packages include kits of parts that typically break, and a ready-made bundle with parts comes ready for quick replacement by the machine operator when needed.
Service kits represent packages of parts to be replaced after a certain amount of operating hours, regardless of whether they are currently working correctly or not.
